EVs Field visit organised by ECO club

Field Visit Field visit was organized for the EVS students (BA I, B.Com. I, B.Sc. I) to the farms and greenhouse in Saha on 28th May 2022 with the objective of helping students understand the concepts of Environment Science. The students were taken to the nearby farms in two batches and were accompanied by the following teachers: Class Teachers Incharge BA I Ms. Ganeshwari, Ms. Pervinder Kaur, Mr Sunil and Dr Sanjeev Goel BCom I and BSc I Ms. Kavita and Mr. Virender The students were familiarized with the concepts of biodiversity, man-enviroment relationships and agro-ecosystems. Students got the opportunity to interact with the progressive farmers. They learnt about the various scientific farming techniques being used such as drip irrigation, crop rotation etc.
